I’ve always believed that a good story can change someone's world. Born and raised in India, my journey took me across the ocean to Sydney, Australia, carrying two suitcases and one big idea: stories shouldn’t be confined by borders.
Today, Sydney is home. Over the past 15 years, I’ve worked as a creative director, strategist, and serial collaborator, guiding stories across continents, advising founders on brand clarity, and partnering with creators to bring ambitious ideas to life. After years in global media and consulting, I realised I wasn’t just moving between worlds, I was thriving in the in-between. That’s when I formalised my own practice, shaped by my creative vision that reflects my commitment to soulful storytelling, strategic clarity, and cultural connection.
Adi T Consulting (ATC) emerged from countless conversations with brilliant founders and creatives struggling to articulate their big ideas. ATC became my space to coach and consult, helping purpose-led entrepreneurs pitch smarter, grow sharper, and build with story at the centre.
Through Stuart Entertainment, I collaborate with producers, studios, and distributors to elevate Australian and Asia-Pacific stories for global audiences across production, licensing, and strategic partnerships. Because let’s face it: our region’s stories are bold, rich, and long overdue for the world stage.
Whether I’m consulting with a startup, shaping a content deal, or advising a local creative, the common thread is clear: I help people uncover and share the heart of their stories. I connect ideas to strategy, content to audience, and creativity to commercial paths.
My lived experience as a migrant has shaped everything I do, instilling adaptability, empathy, and a unique lens that bridges creative and commercial, local and global, insider and outsider. That perspective is my superpower. And it’s what fuels every project I touch.
